We do not have a waiting list. Our goal is to provide same day access.  Depending on your needs we may be able to schedule an appointment for the day you call.  Otherwise, we are usually able to schedule appointments within a week from the date you call.

We have an on-call therapist available 24/7 for all emergency calls.  If you are in crisis call us at (307) 347-6165 so that we may assist you in accessing our on-call therapist.

We require all clients to fill out an Application for Services and a Release of Information (if applicable).  A Release of Information must be signed in order for us to acknowledge to anyone that you are a client.  We cannot release appointment times or your presence in the building to anyone without a release.  If you have a spouse or other family member that may be calling to verify appointment times, you will need to sign a release specifically for that purpose.  You have the right to cancel a signed release at any time by submitting a written request to cancel the release.

We will provide you with a copy of our HIPAA Compliant Privacy Policy and a Professional Disclosure for the provider you are assigned to.

When you call to make an appointment we will offer to send you the paperwork in the mail and you can bring it with you when you come in, or you can arrive a few minutes early to complete the paperwork.
